Stephanie Mann, Chief Strategy Officer at Live Oak Bank
Stephanie Mann currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Live Oak Bank where she is responsible for corporate strategy, development, and strategic investments, including Live Oak Ventures, and Live Oak Private Wealth. She has over 20 years of experience in advising companies on capital structure, growth strategy, M&A and capital raising.
Stephanie is a former managing director of investment banking at Citi where she advised Fortune 500 technology companies out of the New York and London offices. During her tenure, she worked on more than $125 billion of M&A transactions, including cross-border, leveraged buyout and joint ventures for public and private companies.
She also has experience as a founder, employee and advisor of a number of technology start-ups. Stephanie received her MBA with honors from The Wharton School and her BA from Stanford University.

Malcomb Coley, US- Central Region Private Leader & Charlotte Managing Partner
Malcomb is a client serving Partner with over 31 years of experience with EY. In addition to his leadership roles, Malcomb serves as the US Central Presiding Partner. As such he’s a member of EY’s leadership team and sits on the firm’s Global Governance Council, the Americas Advisory Council and the US Partner Principle Council.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations including the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance (Chair 2022), United Way of Central Carolinas (Chair 2019), Charlotte Sports Foundation, Charlotte City Center Partner, UNCC Belk College of Business Board of Advisors and the Cameron School of Business Executive Advisory Board for UNC-Wilmington. He is also on the Endowment Board for UNC-Wilmington and Friends of Trinity Episcopal School Board. He also sits on the board of Trustees for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and Queens University in Charlotte. In 2021, Malcomb was appointed to the NC Rail Road Board of Directors by Governor Roy Cooper.
Malcomb has a 31-year career with EY, which began in the Raleigh office. In Atlanta he was a Senior Assurance Partner where he served a variety of both public and private clients in retail and consumer products, mining and minerals, venture capital and insurance.
Malcomb and his wife Tammie have four children: Dana, Adia, Tanna, and DJ. In his spare time, he enjoys running, exercise and golf.
