An Extra Measure for Fall Theatre Production
After the final curtain fell on this fall's Riot Grrls production of Measure for Measure, Christopher Marino, associate professor of theatre, reimagined a shorter version of the show for an entirely new cast. The classic Shakespeare play takes on the corruption of power, institutionalized sexism, and exploitation of the most vulnerable under the veneer of romance and comedy. Marino's second, shorter version was performed at Girls Leadership of Wilmington and the black box theater on campus.
