Campus Life facilities will observe the following hours through Winter Break

12/15/2025- 12/21/2025
Monday through Friday	7:00 A.M. - 5:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday	Closed

12/22/2025- 1/5/2025
Monday (12/22/25) and Tuesday (12/23/25)	7:00 A.M. - 5:30 PM
Wednesday (12/24/2025) through Sunday (1/04/26)	Closed

Campus Life facilities will observe the following business hours during the week of 1/5/2026

1/05/2026- 1/11/2026
Monday through Friday	7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday	9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday	9:00 AM- 10:00 PM

*Buildings may be open outside of these hours for special events

Passport Office UNCW Passport Services is officially designated as a Passport Acceptance Facility by the U.S. Department of State. UNCW students, faculty, staff, and members of the community can apply for a U.S. passport directly through our office. See Operating Hours

Post Office Seahawk Mail is open to everyone, even if you have no affiliation with UNCW! We are a full-service USPS contract station that is designed to serve the general public, students, faculty, and staff. View Seahawk Mail Services
