Policy Details:

Transportation Rates

1. The first 100 miles per travel day in a personal vehicle are reimbursed up to 53.5¢ per mile. Business miles in excess of 100 miles per travel day are reimbursed at 17¢ per mile.

2. Airplane, bus or railroad will be reimbursed at the actual cost shown on the ticket.

   Lodging Lodging must be substantiated by a receipt from a commercial lodging establishment. Daily lodging rates greater than per diem rates listed above must be indicated as "Excess Lodging" on the Travel Authorization form. Justification for excess lodging must be provided. 3rd Party Lodging must be preapproved by Office of State Budget Management. (OSBM)	$71.20	$84.10
