Senior Legacy Walk

Each year, graduating seniors are encouraged to make an annual gift to the area of the university that had special meaning for them during their time at UNCW. The goal of the Senior Class Gift Campaign is to educate seniors about the impact that private giving had on their experiences at UNCW and to encourage them to pay it forward so that future Seahawks may enjoy the same opportunities as well.

Each year a participation goal is set for the graduating class to emphasize that it is not the size of their gift that matters, but that collectively their gifts add up to make a profound difference on our campus. The Class of 2009-2010's participation rate will be engraved on a paver and will be placed on the Senior Legacy Walk with the other recent classes, showcasing their collective class spirit.

The Senior Legacy Walk, established in 2008, is a way to recognize each class for their contributions to UNCW. Located in the heart of campus, just below the UNCW clock tower, the Senior Legacy Walk is a constant reminder to all students about the importance of supporting their alma mater in the future.
