Second Annual Internationalizing Education Conference – Feb. 18

The Watson College of Education International Committee will host the Second Annual Internationalizing Education Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18 in Room 266. Open to all students, faculty and staff, the event will feature faculty and student presentations and panel discussions.  



Poverty SimulationPoverty Simulations for Spring 2014

Faculty from the Watson College will provide two Poverty Simulations during the spring semester. This is the fourth year the program has been offered. To date, more than 1,500 UNCW students and community members have participated in the simulation, which provides an opportunity to get a glimpse into some of the challenges families living in poverty face every day.

  • Wednesday, Feb. 19, 5:30-8 p.m., Room 162
  • Thursday, Mar. 20, 5:30-8 p.m., Room 162
