Mountain Interstate Foreign Language Conference

Resources for Attendees

The Organizing Committee has put together some resources for conference attendees. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need additional information.

Conference program

Check back in June!

Presentations

Individual presentations begin at the time indicated in the program and may not be made in absentia. Session chairs must adhere to the schedule despite absent presenters. Session chairs must also ensure speakers do not exceed the 20-minute limit for papers, to allow for a Q&A period after each paper, and to facilitate transitions between the various sessions.

Registration table

All participants can register on the first floor of Leutze Hall. See campus map for details.

Audiovisual equipment

All presentation rooms have a computer, overhead projector and audio capabilities. Those who prefer to use their own laptops should bring their own cables to connect to the projector and audio equipment. Please contact Yoko Kano with any questions related to technology.
