With Commencement and end of the academic year events fast approaching, here’s a reminder on how to book AV support for your events. University departments, registered student organizations and external groups wishing to request AV equipment and/or technical assistance for special events now and throughout the year may do so online through the AV Media Reservation System. For pricing and details regarding AV technical assistance or to make a request through the reservation system, please visit our website here.
Please note that we require 7 business days’ notice for all requests so that we can schedule appropriate staffing and ensure that we can meet all of the event requirements.
