Screening and Q&A with Director Jack Hill

The Film Studies Department will host a double-bill screening with a live Q&A with world-famous director Jack Hill at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 22 in King Hall Auditorium.

The man behind a number of very successful exploitation films in the 60s and 70s, including Spider Babby, Coffy, Foxy Brown, and Switchblade Sisters now lives in Wilmington and we want to give him a rousing welcome to Wilmington and its university community. He is without a doubt, one of the most accomplished filmmakers living in the Southeastern United States. Quentin Tarantino described him as “the Howard Hawks of exploitation cinema."
