212° Leadership Book Club

“Some people think great leaders are born. But I don’t. I think leadership skills can be honed. You must make the leap from good to great…You must be a 212° leader. Are you ready for the challenge?” —Mac Anderson

What is it?

This 4-part book discussion series (90 minutes each) breaks down Mac Anderson's 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership. Participants must purchase the book at Simple Truths ($16).

History has identified many qualities and characteristics of great leaders, and of course, no person embodies them all. But great leaders have one simple thing in common: they have developed their leadership styles around their personalities and their values, and in the end, their actions are consistent with what they truly believe.

In 212º Leadership, Mac Anderson shares 10 elements that can help transform your leadership skills. 212º leaders have made the leap from good to great. They are able to not only rally the troops to committed, purposeful action, but can also create an environment where quality and innovation are the norm, rather than the exception. 212º Leadership is designed to make you think…to help you grow…and to provide that extra degree of passion to take your leadership skills from effective to extraordinary!
