About Full Cycle Performance

In the summer of 2016, UNCW launched the new Full Cycle Performance Program for all SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty employees. SHRA employees transitioned to a standardized system designed for all UNC system campuses under the leadership of General Administration. At the same time, EHRA non-faculty employees transitioned to UNCW's first standardized EHRA performance management system.

Highlights of the Full Cycle Performance Program include:

  • A future-focused program to foster strategic thinking, planning, and achievement
  • A contemporary design that includes both individual and institutional goals
  • A synchronized process to clearly align and connect employees with UNCW's Strategic Plan
  • Regular performance and talent conversations to promote engagement and retention of the best and brightest
