WEATHER UPDATE: UNCW main campus, Duplin, Onslow and Brunswick sites resuming regular schedule; Sampson, Lee and Carteret sites to open at 8 a.m., Fri., Feb. 14

Updated at 6:30 p.m., Feb. 13 - Classes, campus services and scheduled events have resumed on UNCW’s main campus and extension sites in Duplin, Onslow and Brunswick Counties. Extension sites in Sampson, Lee and Carteret will resume on Fri., Feb 14 at 8 a.m.

The university is working to ensure that all roads and walkways are clear and passable. However, there will still be several low-hanging branches and UNCW has blocked certain areas with caution tape to ensure public safety. Please do not walk in areas that have been marked off. Faculty and staff should continue to operate under the Adverse Weather Policy and if safe, return to work. Please contact your supervisor with any questions or concerns.

Students who will be absent from scheduled classes due to weather conditions should contact their instructors.
