Public School Forum Introduces “Education Matters”

Wednesday, November 02, 2016

The Public School Forum of North Carolina has introduced a weekly television program, “Education Matters,” to provide the public with facts about the state of public education in North Carolina. The weekly television show, hosted by Public School Forum president and executive director Keith Poston, will explore everything from the history of public education to the impact of legislation and policy decisions on our public schools.

Watson College Dean Van Dempsey and NC State College of Education Dean Mary Ann Danowitz were guests on the inaugural episode.

A story about “Education Matters” titled Dean Dempsey Featured on First Episode of “Education Matters” appeared on the Watson College home page in October.
