The UNCW Board of Trustees will hold a special called meeting at 2 p.m., on Monday, August 22, 2022. Most members will participate virtually. The meeting will be hosted in Alderman Hall, Room 215.

Some of the meeting will be held in closed session consistent with the Open Meetings Act, “to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” and “to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiations of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract.”
