The media production team in UNCW’s Office of University Relations has collected two more Telly Awards – their 10th and 11th win in eight years.

"Like No Other: The Campaign for UNCW" earned a Gold Telly in the category of fundraising for non-broadcast. Missy Kennedy '01, Associate Vice Chancellor in the Division for University Advancement, served as producer and writer of the piece with UNCW OUR videographer/editor/photographer Bradley Pearce as editor and cinematographer.

“This video helped launch and raise awareness for Like No Other: The Campaign for UNCW,”  said Jesse Bradley, director of media production. “I’m proud of the work Bradley and Missy did on this fantastic production.”

"Glitter is Litter at UNCW" nabbed a Silver Telly in the category of sustainability for social media. Videographer/editor Krista McKinney '20M served as executive producer and editor of the production, assisted by Brittany Garshinick '20 as writer/producer/director and Brielle Barozzini '22 as producer.

“Krista’s leadership on this production was outstanding while Brittany and Brielle’s talents elevated this award-winning piece. Providing professional hands-on learning for our student employees is important to our team,” said Bradley.

For 43 years, the Telly Awards have recognized the best in cable TV programming, as well as online, video and film productions. The OUR media production team highlights the academic and institutional achievements of the university through video production, still photography and multimedia campaigns. Their work can be viewed on the team’s Vimeo page.
