The UNCW men's tennis team meets Middle Tennessee State for the first time when the Seahawks make their ninth appearance in the NCAA Regionals Friday, May 6 at NC State's J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center in Raleigh.
 
The Seahawks, appearing in the postseason for the ninth time in 13 seasons, battle the 19th-ranked Blue Raiders in a 2 p.m. match. UNCW rolled through the CAA Championships on April 24 to capture its eight title, dominating Hofstra (4-0), Delaware (4-1) and Elon (4-2) at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center in Elon, N.C.
