The UNCW men's tennis team has been named recipient of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Community Service Award for the Carolina Region in 2018-19.

The award is presented to the team in the region that gives back to its campus and community "through tennis and non-tennis pathways," according to the governing body of college tennis. There were nine winners recognized nationally by the ITA. The Carolina Region includes every NCAA Division I school in North Carolina and South Carolina.
