There will be a special called meeting of the Executive Committee of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees by conference call, starting at 4:30  p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

Portions of the meeting will be conducted in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee and to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiations of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract.
