UNC Wilmington Staff Award for Excellence: Nominees, Winner

The University of North Carolina Wilmington recently recognized nine nominees for the 2014 Staff Award for Excellence. The staff members, who represent several areas on campus, were nominated by their colleagues in the areas of Customer Service, Human Relations, Outstanding State Government Service and Public Service. The university celebrated each nominee’s contributions to the campus and the community during an Oct. 17 reception in Burney Center.

The UNCW Award for Excellence Selection Committee reviewed the nominations and named Amy Schlag, Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion, as the university’s representative for the Governor’s Award for Excellence, the highest honor a state employee may receive. All of the nominees are listed below:
