Innovation & Commercialization

The Office of Innovation and Commercialization (OIC) provides services that deliver discoveries to market. We guide UNCW researchers – faculty, staff, and students – through the commercialization process by identifying commercial potential, pursuing patents and licensing, and building business partnerships.

Our main office is located at the UNCW Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
