Seahawk Mail Package Notification System

Now you can login to mySeaport to view packages addressed to your campus mailbox that are ready to be picked up! You will also get an instant e-mail alert.


  • Go to MySeaport at
  • Login with your UNCW e-mail login and domain password
  • Go to the Student Services tab
  • On the left-hand side, click on the Seahawk Mail tab.
  • The display will show your current campus box number and all packages/letters that are ready to be picked up.


  • E-mail notifications are generated daily until your package/letter is picked up.
  • If your package/letter is not picked up after the third e-mail notification, the package/letter will be returned to the sender as "unclaimed."



  • Check your campus e-mail or your Seahawk Mail view screen in MySeaport to confirm your package/letter is ready for pickup.
    Note: Packages/letters that are in the view screen in MySeaport or packages for which you have received an e-mail notification are sorted and are ready to be picked up. If your package/letter is not showing up in the view screen or you have not received an e-mail, your package/letter is not ready for pickup. Please allow for processing time in our system. As always we strive to make package/letter delivery a quick and easy process.
  • Visit Seahawk Mail in the Fisher University Union.
  • Present your UNCW One Card for identification to the window clerk.
  • Your package(s)/letter(s) will be retrieved by the window clerk.
  • Sign yourself out on the signature pad once you have received your package/letter.
