Our office strives to create a safe and engaging environment for the LGBTQIA+ community and contribute to a culturally rich campus. We work to increase awareness and belonging for sexual and gender minorities and provide information, referral, support and programming to enhance student success and well-being. The Mohin-Scholz LGBTQIA Resource Center is open to all students, regardless of race, ethnicity, or identity, who are interested in engaging in community and learning.

Building Community

We do this through community building events, student advocacy, education, programs, and the development of global citizens. All members of the UNCW campus are welcome, regardless of gender identity or other factors.
