Hiring Process for SHRA Positions

State and local government hiring supervisors must select the most qualified person from the entire pool of qualified applicants for the position. Human Resources will do an initial screen of applicants and send qualified applicants to the department for review. If requested, the hiring manager has the right to see all applicants.
