The UNCW Department of Creative Writing announces Write Wilmington. From March 19 to April 30, all are invited to gather virtually every Friday morning from 9 to 9:45 a.m. (EST) for a free writing session.

Each session will be held via Zoom and led either by a faculty member or a graduate student. Instructors will deliver prompts and guidelines, and everyone attending will write together - the goal being not to create a perfect poem or story but to push imaginations, exercise creative muscles and generate drafts that may be published later.
