The spring 2018 Honors College speaker is Brian Hare, associate professor of evolutionary anthropology at Duke University and a member of the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience, a division of the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences. He is the co-founder of Dognition, a revolutionary new service for dog lovers who wonder about their dog’s intelligence. He will discuss "Survival of the Friendliest: From Dogs to Democracy," at 7 p.m. on Feb. 22 in the  Burney Center.
