Crucial Conversations Signature Program

Ever struggle to say something you really need to say in a way someone can hear it? Freeze when the stakes are high and emotions are running strong? Avoid disagreements, even though it means your work experience suffers? Or do you find yourself arguing with colleagues instead of communicating effectively? The Crucial Conversations Signature Program can help!

The Crucial Conversations Signature Program teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.
