Supervisors of EHRA non-faculty and/or SHRA employees are invited to attend a Full Cycle Performance Leadership Workshop. Whether you're new to your supervisory role, or you just want to brush-up on best practices, these interactive sessions will orient you to the policies, tools, and resources available, as well as provide talking points, strategies, and techniques to make the most of the Full Cycle Performance Program. Goal Setting & Calibration Workshop

Campus leaders, attend a Goal Setting & Calibration workshop to: 

  • Examine, discuss, and create sample goals for employees
  • Uncover project possibilities that top performers and rising stars might consider embracing in order to achieve "Exceeding Expectations" performance status
  • Collaborate and discuss possible goals that potentially motivate underperformers to "Meeting Expectations" status
  • Gain insight on calibration strategies and best practices

Courageous Conversations Workshop

Campus leaders, attend a Courageous Conversation workshop to gain and apply strategies that equip and empower you to have courageous discussions during talent conversations. Sample topics include:

  • Developing potential and solid performers
  • Influencing why “meets expectations” is OK
  • Motivating underperformers
