Kazuo Ishiguro
Kazuo Ishiguro is a British author who was born in Nagasaki, Japan. He immigrated with his parents to England in 1960. Ishiguro obtained his B.A. from University of Kent in 1978 and his M.A. from the University of East Anglia in 1980.
Ishiguro is the author of six novels, including Never Let Me Go and The Remains of the Day, which won the Man Booker Prize and was adapted into an award-wining film. Ishiguro's work has been translated into 40 languages. He currently lives in London.
