New Expenditure Forms and Approval Process

Technological issues prevented the BCST from launching the new expenditure forms that were discussed during this past spring during the Fall Semester. These issues have now been resolved, allowing for the implementation of the CHHS Expenditure Forms in January 2018. These forms will allow all expenditures to be recorded within the appropriate allocations, and adhere to the CHHS Financial Approvals policy adopted during Fiscal Year 2017.

Additional information and training will be available in January and February 2018. Please watch for emailed communication regarding these changes and training opportunities.

Events and Room Reservations Model

The Business Core Service Team (BCST) has launched the CHHS Events & Reservation Model to help streamline and intake information in regards to events and reservations for the college. After receiving faculty and staff feedback, it became apparent that a change in process was needed to improve CHHS events and reservations. Faculty and staff will interact with the model via a brief intake survey asking for basic information and will receive follow up from the BCST to help facilitate the event or reservation request. Please look for more information to come about this process via a scheduled Tea Time and Interdepartmental Communication.
