Lecia ReardonDr. Reardon joined the SON faculty in fall 2021 as a Clinical Assistant Professor. Prior faculty experiences include Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 2020 to 2022 and Clinical Instructor at the Graduate College of Nursing at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina from 2009-2019. Teaching roles include online, hybrid, on campus, and direct FNP to student preceptorships since 2009 from universities including ECU, UNC Chapel Hill, and Duke University.

Reardon has been a registered nurse since 1986 and has over 16 years of diverse Family Nurse Practitioner clinical experience, including 11 years of inpatient surgical specialty (Head & Neck surgery, Neurosurgical) and hospitalist practices, as well as 6 years of current outpatient public health, pandemic, and primary care experience. Since 2015, she has had clinical practice at Duplin County Health Department in Kenansville, North Carolina. Reardon also provides remote geriatric assisted living and skilled nursing facility telehealth triage services with Eventus Wholehealth LLC.
