Michelle McEwen-Campbell: DNP, MSN, RNC-OB-FNP, LNC, CNE, Lecturer
Dr. Michelle McEwen-Campbell joined the UNCW faculty in 2013 as a lecturer with a teaching concentration in obstetrics/newborn, health assessment, documentation and ethical/legal issues. Before coming to UNCW, she taught as an assistant professor at UNC Pembroke from 2006-2012.
Prior to working in academia, she was a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Scotland Memorial Hospital and has been an Independent Legal Nurse Consultant since 2003. She earned her BSN from ECU, an MSN-FNP from Duke University, and recently earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Gardner-Webb University with a concentration in Educational Leadership. McEwen-Campbell is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant as well.
