    STEM SENC (Southeastern North Carolina) is a regional effort in surrounding counties (i.e., Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Cumberland, Duplin, Harnett, Hoke, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, Robeson, Sampson, and Scotland) to bring together individuals, organizations, schools, institutions, and businesses for the purpose of supporting STEM learning in southeastern North Carolina. The CWD is on the workforce development task force to create student pipelines to STEM related fields.

  • HOSA

    HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE. HOSA's two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the health care industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. HOSA's goal is to encourage all health science instructors and students to join and be actively involved in the HSE-HOSA Partnership.

  • NHRMC Health Care Explorers

    New Hanover Regional Medical Center Healthcare Explorer Program is for teens who are interested in getting a more hands-on experience with health care.
