Welcome to our First-Year Experience episodes!  We have interviewed current UNCW students to give you insight into their lives as a Seahawk and learn why they love UNCW.  
Episode 1: Meet UNCW Sophomore, Bella! Studying Business with a concentration in Economics, Bella talks about her freshman experiences, moving into her first residence hall, exploring downtown Wilmington, and her current internship at the District Attorney’s office.
Episode 2: On this episode, we are joined by Noah, a current junior studying Physics with minors in German and Mathematics. Noah talks about the UNCW campus environment, life in the Honors College, and his participation in undergraduate research.
Episode 3: On this episode we are joined by Juliana, a current sophomore studying Biology with minors in Neuroscience and Medical Humanities. Juliana talks about her experience as an out of state student, life on the weekends, resources for Pre-Professional students, and her time in the Honors College.
Episode 4: On this episode we are joined by Whitley, a current freshman studying Biology. Whitley talks about the transition from high school to college, how to make the most of freshman year, and the exciting adventures she has ahead at UNCW.
Episode 5: On this episode we are joined by Isabella, a current senior majoring in Film Studies. She has truly made the most of her four years as a Seahawk and provides an inside look at life as a Film Studies student. Isabella shares advice on how to get involved, grow as a leader, and find your place at UNCW.

Friday, September 18th, 2pm: Join us as we meet Carly, an English major who transferred from community college.



Friday, September 25th, 2pm: Join us as we meet Grace, a Biology major who transferred from community college.



Friday, October 16th, 2pm: Join us as we meet Alexus, double majoring in Sociology and Criminology from Raleigh, NC. Alexus is an on campus residential student and is involved in UNCW as a Homecoming Coordinator, Teal Guide, Orientation Leader, Seahawk Link, and she works with UNCW Campus Life. 


Friday, October 23rd, 2pm: Join us as we meet Stephanie, an Accounting & Business Analytics major from Wilmington, NC. Stephanie is a commuter student, but is involved in the Student Government Association (SGA), Beta Alpha Psi, and Teal Guides. 



Friday, November 6th, 2pm: Join us as we meet Jordyn, a Communication Studies major with a minor in Leadership Studies and Psychology who transferred from Cape Fear Community College. Jordyn is a Teal Guide, was the Junior Class president of UNCW last year, and is a member of the UNCW club softball team, surf team, and the Chancellor's Climate Change Committee.

Friday, November 13th, 2pm: Join us as we meet Paige, a Business major concentrating in Management Leadership and Strategic Marketing who transferred from Wake Tech Community College.  Some of the areas of Paige’s involvement include the Marketing and Communications Officer of the Entrepreneur Club, and Teal Guides.
