We can all become stressed out from our work, school and our daily lives. Some of us need help during times of personal or family crises, or services to help us balance our work and home lives.

UNCW has services available to student and employees. Students may find individual or group help from the Counseling Center.

Our Office of Human Resources offers a number of services to help faculty and staff maintain a healthy work-life balance or to find help when needed.

Remember, as part of the Seahawk family, you never have to go it alone. We're here to help.

Our computers, smartphones and other electronic equipment are must-haves in a modern world, but most of us don't possess the technical expertise to fix them when they stop working properly.

Sometimes we need help installing or updating software, or maybe we have questions about what type of system we need for our purposes.

Never fear - UNCW's Information Technology Services can help you with all of your technological needs.

Need help resetting a password? Installing software? Repairing a malfunctioning laptop? Look through our Knowledge Base, submit a service ticket, chat with TAC or drop by the center on the first floor of UNCW Library.

We're here to help.

At UNCW, your safety and security are a top priority. Please be sure to check out the Emergency & Safety page to learn about emergency preparedness and communications.

Our University Police Department and our Environmental Health & Safety office are looking out for you. UPD will respond to emergency calls and is here to help keep students, faculty and staff safe.

EH&S makes sure our buildings are protected, monitor weather conditions, performs emergency management services when needed, and conducts training to ensure that students, faculty and staff are prepared for potential emergencies.

Stay safe, Seahawks!
