UNCW hosts several military-affiliated events each year, and we love to have alumni participate!
Coming to our events is a great way to network with community members and other alumni. It's also an opportunity to give back to current UNCW students by sharing with them what life has looked like for you since graduation.
The Office of Military Affairs has moved to Veterans Hall 1029; our new space includes a large student lounge, kitchen, and reception area; a training classroom; individual study tables; office space; and a sound-proofed quiet room, perfect for students who are commuting a long distance to UNCW.
Our office hosts an alumni reunion during Homecoming weekend each February. Check our Events page for this year's event.
Please consider following the Office of Military Affairs on one of our social media accounts (Facebook: @uncwmilitaryaffairs; Instagram: @uncw_oma). These accounts are updated several times per week.
Each year, the Office of Military Affairs works through UNCW giving campaigns and through community individuals and organizations to provide scholarships to current military-affiliated students.
Scholarships may help defray the costs of attending UNCW, especially those costs not covered by the Post-9/11 GI Bill or other VA benefits.
If you have questions about the Office of Military Affairs, UNCW, or how you can get involved, please email Camden Ege, the Military Affairs Program Coordinator, or call our office at (910) 962-2933.
