New! Now an Easier Way to Receive Photos and Search OUR Photo Archives Database (PAD)
OUR Photo Archives Database (PAD) is a new user-friendly system available to all faculty, staff and approved student workers who want to use images of UNCW on approved websites and in campus-sponsored publications. This cloud-based asset management system offers quick browse and search tools to find the photos that fit your needs. It also gives you a choice in file size when downloading photos to your hard drive. It takes just seconds to create an account. There's also a video tutorial to help get you started in the new system.
Access to University Photos
If you are a first-time user to the PAD you will need to create a login identity using your UNCW email as your login name and your own personal password. Please also send Photo Services an email alerting us to your new login.
Access is limited to faculty, staff and approved student workers from on-campus computers only. Supervisors must send an email request to Jeff Janowski/Photo Services Manager to approve any student for download permissions.
