The Cameron School of Business offers an outstanding summer program for teen entrepreneurs. The Youth Entrepreneurship Program (for rising 8th, 9th and 10th graders) will take place July 13-17 in summer 2015. To learn more about this program, please visit their website.
The following camps will not take place in summer 2015.
Our business programs serve the needs of young consumers and budding entrepreneurs. We encourage youth to explore the foundations of a business while becoming familiar with the principles of entrepreneurship. They will also learn the difference between a for-profit business and a non-profit. While engaging in teambuilding activities, participants will identify a market need, develop a product, test it and then decide if it should go into production. If so, they will need to create a marketing campaign to promote it complete with packaging, slogan and a catchy jingle.
