Business (we hope to return in 2014)
Our business programs serve the needs of young consumers and budding entrepreneurs. We encourage youth to explore the foundations of a business while becoming familiar with the principles of entrepreneurship. They will also learn the difference between a for-profit business and a non-profit. While engaging in teambuilding activities, participants will identify a market need, develop a product, test it and then decide if it should go into production. If so, they will need to create a marketing campaign to promote it complete with packaging, slogan and a catchy jingle.
