Web Content Manager and Editor Training
This training is mandatory for all UNCW web content managers and editors in order to efficiently write, update and manage your UNCW website. You will learn how to access your website on the server, produce and maintain an accessible and readable website, and effectively use Adobe Contribute content editing software.
Web Content Manager and Editor Training Online
The UNCW Web Content Manager and Editor training is available online via SkillPort CBT. You may use it as a basic resource in the future and may take it as many times as you want, as a refresher.
To get to the course:
- Log in to mySeaport
- Click SkillPort CBT
- Click Catalog > UNCW Custom Content Repository > UNCW Content Manager Training
Note: You may have to manually advance the slides.
Be sure to take the test at the end, then either notify Lynn Allen that you have passed it (A score of 80 is passing), or continue with the next steps at http://www.uncw.edu/web/websitesdept.html
(If you didn’t pass it, go back, review and take the test again.)
