The goal of OUR Creative Services is to ensure that our university is presented in an engaging, consistent and professional manner.
Our experienced creative team collaborates with the entire university relations staff to serve colleagues across the university. We are involved in every part of the creative process from brainstorming concepts to managing a project to completion.
- Creative services is responsible for concept, design and execution of marketing/promotional collateral for internal and external audiences.
- Maintaining brand identity through consistency of design
- Collaboration with communications team to ensure visual identity corresponds with key university messaging

- Specialized website design
Please note the creative services process in place as of Sept. 17, 2013, which offers campus units TWO iterations of revisions after an initial design/proof/draft is submitted to the unit by OUR. If additional changes are required beyond those two iterations, units may utilize the services of an outside vendor, at its own cost, and send the final proof to OUR for approval. (Upon approval, all finished source files must be sent to OUR for the university's records/future use.)
Please remember that the unit representative who has initiated the project with OUR is responsible for collecting all departmental/committee feedback before submitting a request for changes or deeming a project approved (i.e. once a design is deemed approved and final by the requesting representative, no further changes will be made to meet new feedback that arises within a department or committee).
