Incoming Freshmen Orientation Changing your Date

Please choose your date carefully! There will be NO REFUNDS for NO-SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS. Be sure your reservation date is confirmed before securing and FINALIZING your lodging and travel arrangements. When registering on-line, you are confirmed only when you reach the final verification page that says "print for your records." Mail-in forms will take 10 days to confirm, please do not assume sessions are available until you receive final confirmation.

CHANGING SESSIONS MAY RESULT IN HIGHER COSTS INCURRED

Additions to Reservations

All Reservations are made under the student's name and student ID number by following the instructions on the "How to register" page. Parent reservations are made at the same time as the student. After the initial reservation has been submitted, if you would like to add another person to the reservation, you must submit your request in writing along with your payment of $60.00 per additional person. This payment must be paid by check or money order.

Orientation Waitlist

If your desired session is full, you can request to be added to our waitlist. To be placed on the waitlist you must already be registered for an Orientation session. If all the June sessions are full you must be signed up for August. If you are registered for August and a June session becomes open, you will be charged the additional June fees ($20 student, $10 per parent). We will operate on a first come first served basis. Please note that if we are unable to reach you we will move on to the next person on the waitlist. Often vacancies occur at the last minute. In order to be placed on the waitlist fill in your information on the link provided below.
