We cannot give refunds for any of the events once we have processed your registration.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

New Online Registration

1. Go to the Family & Alumni Weekend Registration site.
2. Enter your First Name and Last Name
3. Check the appropriate box:  Parent of a current UNCW Student, UNCW alumni, or UNCW student.  Complete the supplemental information.
4. Enter the Street, City, State, Zip, Phone, and Email Address.
5. Click the Add Attendee Button
6. Repeat step 2, step 3 and step 5 for each person attending.  You do not need to enter an address for each person.
7. Go to each event you want to attend and enter the number of people who will be attending.
8. Enter the quantity of T-shirts you wish to purchase, if applicable.
9. Click Continue.
10. Review the information you entered.  Click Edit Current registration, if you need to make adjustments.
11. Click Proceed to Payment Page or Submit Registration.  If your registration does not require payment, print the confirmation page for your records.
12. Enter your Visa or Master Card number.
13. Enter the credit card expiration date.
14. Enter the mailing address (as it appears on your credit card bill,without city, state, or zip)
15. Click Submit.
16. Print the confirmation page for your records.

Add an additional attendee or event to a previous registration

1. Go to the Family & Alumni Weekend Registration site.
2. Check the box: Are you making additions to a previous registration?
3. Enter the Registration Reference Number from the previous registration.  This number is on your printed confirmation and the confirmation you received via email.
4. Follow steps 2-15.
