How to access the student recreation center

For access to the Student Recreation Center participants 17 and above must provide a picture ID and complete a participant waiver.

Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

Friday, September 26 – 5 - 9 p.m.
Saturday, September 27 – 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday, September 28 – 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

The SRC creates opportunities for individuals to improve their total fitness, develop healthy lifestyle habits, improve sports and outdoor recreation skills, reduce stress, increase energy level, improve strength and endurance, realize the positive rewards from an active lifestyle as well as meet and interact with others. Free, no registration required.

Student Recreation Center Leisure Outdoor Pool

Friday, September 26 – 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, September 27 – 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, September 28 – 1 - 5 p.m.

The Outdoor Pool is a seasonal facility that is in the shape of the Seahawk. It is a leisure pool equipped with built in benches and bubble jets. Included on the patio is plenty of furniture for lounging, ideal for a quick break! Children 7 years of age and younger must be directly accompanied in the water by a parent or guardian. Lifeguards may require a parent or guardian to be in the water with older children who are deemed weak swimmers. Anyone 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian pool side at all times. Free, no registration required.

Student Recreation Center Indoor Pool Open

Friday, September 26 – 5 - 8 p.m.
Saturday, September 27 – 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday, September 28 – 1 - 5 p.m.

The Indoor Pool is an 8 lane 25 yard pool, and ranges from 3 feet to 7 feet deep. During Lap and Recreational Swimming hours, 6 lanes will remain in the pool to be utilized for traditional fitness swimming. The rest of the pool can be utilized for open, informal recreational swimming, including the shallow area where water basketball will be permitted. Children 7 years of age and younger must be directly accompanied in the water by a parent or guardian. Lifeguards may require a parent or guardian to be in the water with older children who are deemed weak swimmers. Anyone 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian poolside at all times. Free, no registration required.
