We offer the following services:

On-site Workshops

Interactive workshops are tailored to fit your needs and time frame. All of our facilitators have advanced degrees and are thought leaders and field experts. Workshops are typically half-day over several sessions or 'bootcamp' experiences over 1-2 days. The topics may be in leading and managing, operations & logistics, finance & accounting, sales & marketing, or customer satisfaction.

Retreat Facilitation

We are expert at facilitating your organization’s strategic planning retreat. We know the area and can suggest terrific locations to achieve the learning environment you need. Swain Center led retreats are motivating, well-paced, and designed to foster critical thinking and action.

Coaching

We provide executive level coaching to support exceptional performance. Coaching can be individually focused or tailored to build capacity in your organization to coach others. Our aim is to work increase well-being and self-awareness that will lead to positive change. The goal is to build capacity for individuals and organizations to sustain change.

Team Building Workshops

Our interactive half-day program is the fundamental first step to strengthening your workforce! A preliminary personality assessment is used to identify the social/psychosocial construct of each student. Teams are then submerged in a series of group activities which allow each to capitalize on their individual strengths, communicate, and accomplish the task at hand. The course objective is to identify and facilitate methods of interpersonal communication and teamwork that directly transfer into positive outcomes in the workforce.
