Procedures for Withdrawing and Refunds
Withdrawal from ALL Classes
During Drop/Add report to the Registrar's Office (James Hall) for the appropriate procedure to follow.
After the last day of Drop/Add report to the 'dean of students' office for the appropriate procedure to follow when withdrawing from all classes.
NOTE: Withdrawals prior to last day to withdraw with a W receive a W and it does not count in the accumulative grade point average. Withdrawals after last day to withdraw with a W receive a WF and it does count in the accumulative grade point average.
Withdrawal from INDIVIDUAL Classes
After the last day of Drop/Add report to the Registrar's Office (James Hall) for the appropriate procedure to follow when withdrawing from individual classes.
NOTE: Withdrawals prior to last day to withdraw with a W receive a W and it does not count in the accumulative grade point average. Withdrawals after last day to withdraw with a W receive a WF and it does count in the accumulative grade point average.
