Planning Documents

With a new strategic plan comes a new series of planning documents for the Division of Student Affairs. These documents will enable student affairs practitioners to:

  • align their departments' strategic goals with those of the institution and those of the division learning outcomes,
  • purpose or re-purpose existing Student Affairs programs and services to reflect the learning outcomes and objectives articulated in the division's strategic plan,
  • develop assessment plans for each Student Affairs program and service based on these articulated purposes,
  • report key findings from these assessment plans,
  • tie these key findings to budgeting decisions, and
  • make recommended changes to programs and services based on assessment findings.
