Uchenna assumes primary responsibility for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the Residence Life program. Uchenna provides leadership and supervision for one Assistant Director, eight Professional Residence Coordinators, eight Graduate Assistants and over 100 student staff in our eight traditional residence halls, seven suite style buildings and twenty-six apartment buildings. Uchenna assists with program design for special interest housing groups including Learning Communities, Wellness, International Programs, Teaching Fellows, Greeks and others and she serves as a primary liaison to various departments within Student and Academic Affairs. Uchenna provides guidance and advising for leadership development programs, design of the Resident Assistant Training program, supervision and training of professional staff on crisis management issues, oversight of residence life assessment functions, supervision and development of the graduate assistant program, and management of residential safety programs.

Sean is responsible for the department's technology initiatives and marketing efforts and serves as the primary liaison to ITSD, Telecom, Business Applications, Student Accounts and Marketing and Communications. He develops and maintains all departmental web pages and databases - provides the department with technical support and computer software training, and performs data research and analysis. He also manages the department's closed-circuit TV channel, security camera and electronic door access control systems and oversees the production of Housing and Residence Life publications. Sean is responsible for the HRL computer system, Residential Management Systems, and insures consistency within the assignments and billing processes. Sean also serves as the UNCW National Student Exchange Coordinator.

Lindsey manages our most recent residence hall, Seahawk Crossing, a six hundred and sixty two bed complex, made up of four buildings. Lindsey also supervises ten Resident Assistants and a Graduate Student. When Lindsey is not working in the residence hall she is adjudicating cases in the Dean of Student's Office, serving on the UNCW Sustainability committee and working on Housing and Residence Life Committees.

Justin is responsible for the management of Cornerstone Hall, Honors and International. He supervises thirteen Resident Assistants and one Assistant Residence Coordinator. Justin also, instructs a div of UNI 101, sits on the Student Affairs Diversity Committee and serves as a Judicial Hearing Officer in the Dean of Student's Office.

Katie Kolkmeier manages the daily operations of a 400-bed, co-ed residence hall, Galloway Hall. She supervises a team of 11 Undergraduate Resident Assistants and one Graduate Assistant Residence Coordinator. Katie coordinates educational and social programming within the area, provides crisis management, acts as a liaison between Galloway Hall and the main Housing and Residence Life office, and works as a Conduct Hearing Officer in the Office of the Dean of Students. Katie also serves as one of two advisors to an UNCW student organization, the Residence Hall Association.

Tiffani oversees the daily management of University Suites and Schwartz Hall. She supervises a team of ten Undergraduate Resident Assistants and one Graduate Assistant Residence Coordinator. Tiffani works with several areas of special interest housing including Greek Housing, Men of Teal, International Housing, and Athletic Housing. Additionally, Tiffani coordinates programming, provides crisis management, works as a conduct Hearing Officer for the Office of the Dean of Students, and serves on Housing and Residence Life committees.

Justin oversees the day to day operation of Graham-Hewlett Hall, a four hundred bed residence hall of predominantly first-year students. Justin supervises a staff of one graduate assistant and eight resident assistants. Justin coordinates his staff to provide a safe and secure living environment and area-wide programming which fosters an educational, inclusive and social atmosphere. Within the Graham-Hewlett area, Justin also oversees the Leadership and Community Service floor.

Clifton oversees the daily management of the Seahawk Village Apartments. He supervises a team of six Undergraduate Resident Assistants and one Graduate Assistant Residence Coordinator. Outside of Housing and Residence Life, Clifton serves as a conduct hearing officer in the Office of the Dean of Students, a member of the Student Affairs Diversity Committee, a member of the UNCW Sustainability Committee, and committee member for other special program planning committees.

Meghan oversees the daily operations for the University Apartments and Belk Hall. In these communities, Meghan works with special interest housing including Greek Housing, Athletic Housing, National Student Exchange, International Housing and transfer students. Meghan supervises a team of 12 undergraduate Resident Assistants and one graduate assistant. As a part of her position, Meghan coordinates social and educational programming efforts, provides crisis management, serves as a Judicial Hearing Officer in the Office of the Dean of Students and serves on departmental committees.

Suzi provides secretarial duties for the director of housing and residence life, the Associate Director of Housing Operations and occasional support for the Associate Director of Residence Life. She is also in charge of purchasing, travel, petty cash, office forms, budget monitoring and reconciliation, student charges, fixed assets, physical plant invoices, external invoices, and guest accommodation management.
