DATA PROJECTOR USE WITHIN CAMPUS LIFE FACILITIES
In an effort to help eliminate some confusion, projectors and audio-visual equipment in the Campus Life Facilities (Fisher Student Center, Fisher University Union, Burney Center and Warwick Center) must be reserved in advance.
This can be done through clreservations@uncw.edu 24 hours a day/7 days per week, please allow 48 hours for a response.
The Department of Campus Life was able to install projectors in many of the spaces this summer in order to provide a more professional look for campus events. However, it has created some confusion with campus clients attempting to use the equipment without having made the proper prior arrangements.
Equipment must be reserved in advance, also the presence of a technician is required to ensure Audio-Visual needs are met. In addition, there is an equipment use charge that allows the costs of maintenance and replacement of equipment to be covered.
Please attempt to make all reservations more than seven (7) days in advance, last minute events can be accommodated at additional charges.
