Trip Leader must attend. Trip Leader must travel with team! This person will be responsible for all travel paperwork and is responsible for sharing travel policy to club members.
Club travel rosters will be frozen on Wednesday at 4:30pm. Only those members listed on the travel roster are elibile to travel.
Clubs not represented at this meeting will not be authorized to travel.
