Sailing Club

With a prime location on Wrightsville Beach, the Sailing Club is one of UNCW longest continuous clubs. Serious racers and newcomers are welcome. The club focuses on teaching the skill of sailing to new comers and providing club members with great opportunities to sail. The club hosts an annual Laser Open every spring and and competes in community sponsored events. Other attractions of the Sailing Club include sailing/camping trips to Masonboro Island and cruises on the Atlantic Ocean.
