GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO: BURN CALORIES AND IMPROVE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH

Aqua Fitness: A 45-minute full body deep water workout that mimics land moves (jogging, cross-country skiing) in the pool consisting of cardio and strength work using aqua equipment (belts, noodles, and body resistance).

Boot Camp: This is a high energy 50 minute class integrating cardio, arm, leg and abdominal strength. This full-body workout uses circuit training and cardio drills to enable you to burn more calories in less time.

Cardio Hip-Hop: Energize your body and burn fat utilizing traditional cardio moves with dance choreography for a non-stop groove. Dance combinations are easy to master at any level.

Cardio Kickboxing: A choreographed cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 50-minute exercise routine.

Step: A classic, step workout utilizing fun step combinations guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING: DESIGN A HEALTHIER, STRONGER BODY

Seahawk Sculpt: A 50-minute full body workout that guarantees to strengthen and tone your muscles.  Get ready for lots of repetitions while you maximize the caloric burn.

Awesome Abs (Abdominals and Back Strength): Come join us for this popular 20-minute workout. This class consists of various exercises that will strenGthen and tone your core.

Power Kickboxing: A choreographed kickboxing class that will focus on skill and technique as well as speed and effort of punches and kicks.

FUSION CLASSES: DESIGN A BALANCED BODY

3-2-1: A fun interval class that will keep you guessing.  Intervals consist of 3 minutes cardio, 2 minutes strength, and 1 minute core, repeated to make a 50 minute class.

Fusion: Balance your body with an interval class of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core.  You’ll be sure to ask for more!

Step-N-Sculpt: A classic step workout mixed with intervals of sculpting to ensure you sculpt your body and your heart all at the same time!

FLEXIBILITY AND STRETCH: ENHANCE YOUR MIND AND BODY

Yoga: This full-body workout consists of postures, conscious breath, and relaxation techniques to enhance flexibility, muscular strength, and mental awareness.Equipment maybe used (blocks, straps). You will leave the class feeling refreshed, open, balanced and calm.

Pilates: A core conditioning class aiming to increase flexibility, improve posture and balance by strengthening the abdominal and low back area.
